The Costa de la Luz (also known as the Coast of Light) is in the area of Andalusia, southern Spain left unspoiled by mass tourism. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol and the locals are all very welcoming. The whole of the Costa de la Luz is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual developments associated with Spain. El Puerto de Santa Maria is an old fishing town situated across the bay from Cadiz(the oldest city in Europe), on the Costa de la Luz. It is a lively town with many places to visit and numerous restaurants. It is not well-known to English tourists but many Spanish families have holiday homes there, which must say something for the area. El Puerto has so much to offer.
Beaches,shopping,casinos,golfing,waterparks,Bullfighting,Bodagas and World GP races are all minutes away

Watch Spain at a slow pace on top of the roof patio. The villa is fully equipped and will accommodate six people. Approx 15 min drive to the wonderful beach and town of Rota, with many bars and restaurants to choose from. 5 min drive to downtown El Puerto de Santa Maria for shopping,Tapa bars and bullfighting. 15 min drive to visit the famous Bodegas of Jerez for sherry taste testing.Osborne,Tio Pepe and Sandman to name a few with tours daily. Villa Silvi is truly in an ideal central location for touring and sightseeing this wonderful area. Cadiz , Jerez and El Puerto de Santa Maria are three fantastic towns to explore. Easy day trips to Gibralter.Seville,Rhonda and even Morocco. Accommodations are reachable within 15 Mins of the Jerez Airport which serves many low budget airlines. Ryan Air and many German low cost airlines. Get away from it all!
The house is built in a enclosed plot of 1200sq. meters and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and living/dining room.
There are 2 double bed bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a futon. 1st bathroom has basins, toilet, and bath with shower overhead. 2nd bathroom has toilet, basin and shower only.
The living/dining room has log-burning fireplace, sofa, love seat and comfortable chair, air conditioning and heat
The kitchen has a oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and is well equipped for cooking.
There is a washer and dryer
Sun room with bar and radio equipped with C.D.
Roof patio for having a glass of wine to watch the sunset and the spectacular full moon nights. In May catch the colorful lights of Puerto feria in the distance.
