This well situated bungalow will meet all your holiday needs in Spain.
The village of San Juan is half modern half traditional with 25,000 inhabitants all year round and lots of restaurants, bars and even an Irish pub. Although San Juan has grown in recent years, it has kept a lot of its character and has a street market on Saturdays only a 100 meters away. You find all amenities within a walking distance. A local bakery provides freshly baked bread and sweets all day only 50 meters away. Carrefour superstore is 1 km from the house with other supermarkets in the village only a short walk away.
For the keen golfer, Alicante Golf (5 minutes) beautifully designed by Seve Ballesteros provides a challenge and Bonalba (15 minutes) is a test for any handicapper with other courses a short drive away.
The beach at San Juan (playa San Juan) which is renowned for being the longest uninterrupted sandy beach (6 km) along the whole of the Mediterranean sea is only 2.5 km away and ideal for walking through out the year.
The busiest tourist town on the Mediterranean coast, Benidorm, with its vibrant life and numerous shops and all the local attractions is only 30 km away. Terra Mitica (theme park), Mundomar (animals), Terra Natura (animals and waterpark), Aqualandia (waterpark) provide lots of activities, fun and entertainment for all ages.
And, Alicante with all its attractions in the old town, the castle of santa barbara and its port is only 7km away. |
