Lovely 3 bedroom detached villa, large private pool and south facing terrace stretching the width of the villa, enclosed secure garden.
Description of Villa:
VILLA FORTUNA Very tastefully furnished villa, set in own grounds, with large private pool (8 * 4) and lovely established plants. There is an remote wireless lighting system for the pool, which allows you to switch the lights on from within the villa, and sit out in the evening with the pool area lit up. A totally enclosed secure and private garden makes it ideal for families with small children. The villa is set on a plot of 350m2, with beautiful patio/non-slip terracing area. Villa Fortuna benefits from 2 double bedrooms, and one twin. Dining area with seating for 6 (inside), fully equipped IKEA kitchen with solid wooden services, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the cutlery and pans you could possible need, even the ice bucket! There is air-conditioning in master bedroom and lounge, and ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms. There is TV and DVD, as well as a toy box full of toys for children aged 8 and under. There is 6 sun loungers, as well as 6 solid wooden chairs and large table, with Canterbury cushions. Additionally there is a bamboo shaded area on the large south facing terrace which stretches the width of the villa. A travel cot and booster seat are available, as well as a toy box full of childrens toys. We have included the little things that we like, for example: feather duvets, stainless steel cutlery.. ABOUT CAMPOSOL GOLF AND AREA Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes. Mazarron Town, with banks and little shops and restaurants, as well as the markets, is just 10 minutes drive. The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina. Murcia and Alicante airport (50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins) serviced by low cost airlines (transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday). 18 hole golf course and driving range, golf club house, restaurant and bar International hotel with health spa, restaurant, cafe, bar and hairdressers Communal swimming pool with bar and childrens pool (small local charge and seasonal) Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers, bars, restaurants (including Mariannas with superb menu del dia for 12 euros) Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site Various food and craft markets locally on different days Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive) Camposol Golf is a residencial resort, as well as holiday, and as such the amenities and shops are open all year round normally. This also means that these villas are not really suitable for groups of young persons who like to party and be noisy after midnight... This is now our tenth year of villa holidays and my husband, who is a chef, said that it was the best equipped kitchen he had cooked in on holiday. The bedrooms were an excellent size as was the living area. There was also plenty of room at the pool for all the sunbeds to lie and we could even play a few games of french boules. The pool must have a great filter system as it was always clean. It was a great size and depth for the kids and we had great fun with the inflatables that were left. In keeping with that spirit, we left a basketball and a crocodile, known as Mr Snappy, for the next family to enjoy Penny was a wonderful guide. The beaches and restaurants she recommended were excellent and on hearing that we forgot to pack some DVDs let us borrow her Disney collection for the kids to watch in the hot afternoons. We visited Murcia, Vera, Aquilas and Puerto De Mazzaron, all which were easy to get to and great places to visit. The beach at Aquilas was great with fantastic facilites that put our Beaches up here in Scotland to shame. In summary we had a great week in lovely surroundings, visiting new and interesting places and living in a fantastic villa.
