Description of Villa:
This is a luxury brand new, very well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in the renowned Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort on the Mar Menor coast in the region of Murcia. Situated in a peaceful location, overlooking the mountains and almond groves, the house benefits from two terraces for al fresco living – the area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year. The 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, surrounds the resort and La Torre guests have the added benefit of being able to access other nearby golf courses in the ‘Nicklaus Golf Trail’. The resort is a golfers’ paradise but also offers fantastic facilities for a family holiday, providing a wide range of facilities including luxury swimming pools, childrens pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, childrens play areas and a newly opened club house with bars, restaurants and internet facilities. The shopping mall includes a large supermarket and health and beauty centre. In addition to the numerous activities available within the resort, there are many other attractions within easy travelling distance. Because the resort has easy access to the new Murcia-San Javier dual carriageway, it is perfect for getting out and about. The nearest beach is at Los Alcazarez (approximately 10 minutes away) where the inland Mar Menor sea offers warm and safe swimming. The regional capital of Murcia is only 20 minutes away and provides many historic and interesting places to visit, including a magnificent cathedral and museums. Another beautiful place to visit is the ancient town of Cartagena, less than 30 minutes by car. Car Hire is recommended.

Facilities:
Towels and linen are provided but guests are asked to provide their own pool and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. Tea towels are also provided. Clothes-dryer, ironing board with iron and cleaning equipment are all provided in the house and a "welcome pack" consisting of milk, eggs, bread, butter, water, tea and coffee, sugar, jam and biscuits will ensure that our guests are provided with breakfast, no matter how late their arrival the previous evening! But there are also a very good supermarket close by. There are large shopping areas in San Javier (15mins drive), Murcia (25mins drive) and Cartagena (25mins drive).
