Kitchen – galley style, fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Bedroom 3 – twin beds, bedside table, ceiling fan.
Shower Room – fully tiled with shower, vanity basin, mirror and wc.
First Floor accessed by a marble staircase:
Master Bedroom – double bed, bedside tables, fitted oversized floor to ceiling wardrobes, ceiling fan, patio doors leading to a large balcony.
Bedroom 2 – twin beds, bedside cabinet, fitted oversized floor to ceiling wardrobes, ceiling fan, patio doors leading to rear balcony.
Family Bathroom – spacious and luxurious, fully tiled with corner bath (shower over), vanity basin, mirror, wc & bidet, storage facility
Outside:
Utility Area – houses the boiler and washing machine. A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Terraces – fully enclosed terraces to front and rear. The front terrace leads to the covered patio area before entering the house. (2 upstairs bedroom balconies as mentioned earlier).
Garden Furniture – table and chairs provided.
Other information:
Linen - all bedding and towels provided. please bring your own beach / pool towels
Access to property - our housekeeper will personally meet you on arrival to the property to hand over the keys
Parking - in quiet street, off loading possible near to the property
Courier Service - can be organised to/from Alicante/Murcia Airports for an additional fee
Car Hire - easily organised at various companies, please enquire is you require assistance
