Calm, sunny, countryhouse in Los Pinares without any sounds, surrounded by forest and hills, but not far from beach. Ideal for families. Perfect for dog. You can not stay here without car! There are hens and a big area for children to play and run arround without worrying outside. A lot of familygames for the evenings. No neighbours, only the owners 70m away. About 1hectar of exterior area with sunbeds, barbeque and vegetable-plants. Perfect to sit down with a book and a lovely view. Only 2 km away you have groseryshops etc. 5km away you will find the center of Lloret de mar and the beach.
The house has 2 double rooms and a sofa bed in the hall next to the chimney, American kitchen and dining room, 1 washbasin and a porch to take the precious sun with zone for the barbecue.
It is an ideal place to forget stress, since you are surrounded by nature, trees, plants and any house is not seen, (although you have the urbanization to the flank).
Located to 1,6 km of the town of Lloret of Sea and to 2 km of the beach (translated in time to about 6 minutes of the town and to 10 of the beach.)
