This beautifull villa of about 190 sq. meters (2,000 sq. feet) floorspace, with three bedrooms, a large dining room, living room, breakfast room. a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three terraceses, private swimming pool, barbeque, garage and a large tropical garden, lies on the highest point of a peninsula, some 600 feet above see level, in a very beautifull and quiet, residencial area, called BALCON al MAR, six KM South of Jávea. From the tower terrace you have a marvellous panoramic view, to the North the Sierra de Montgo (753 m /2,800 feet high) to Jávea town, Port and the Arenal Beach, to the East and South the Mediteranian Sea and the costline, down to the Penon de Ifach, near Calpe. The villa has two double (23 / 20m²) and one single (14m²) Bedroom, a large dining room, a living room, a breakfast room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two large bathrooms. Houskeeper, poolkeeper and gardener are looking after the property. Youll find beautifull little pebbel beaches around the peninsula at about 1.5 to 4.0 KM distance, the large ARENAL sand beach at 5.5 KM in the Jávea Bay. Within walking distance there are a few restaurants, a supermaket, two minimarkets, hairdresser and other little shops as well as an internet café. More restaurants, shops banks, bars and night clubs are in Downtown Jávea, in the Port of Jávea and the Arenal Bay quarter. The ower himself resides for at least 7-8 month a year in the villa, so you are renting a fully equiped and very agreable place with a very lovely personal touch. The letting of the villa is done by the owner.
