A very well positioned three double bedroom townhouse on the coast side of the N332. La Zenia beach can be reached on foot only 10 mins walk
Description of Townhouse:
This property is a 3 double bedroomed town house and lies in a residential part of La Zenia coast side, about 10 mins walk to La Zenia Beach. Just around the rock face from the beach is another small secluded beach ideal for children. It has generous facilities including play areas for the children, first aid post, toilets, 2 beach bars and La Zenia hotel is right next to the beach if you wish to have refreshments. The local attractions are all in walking distance including a supermarket. If you enjoy golf there are 3 World Famous golf courses about a 5 - 10 minute drive away. Also within walking distance there is the Orihuela Coasta Resort with pools, tennis courts and bowling and also offers refreshments. To the north of La Zenia lies Torrevieja. Here you will find in abundance bars, restaurants, shops, nightclubs alongside the Mediterranean. There are lots of cafes along the promenade and on Fridays hosts one of the largest markets in Europe selling genuine Spanish handicrafts to low priced leather goods. The house is comfortable for 6 people. It has the use of an excellent communual pool at the end of the short row of houses. At the back is a well equipped patio with table and chairs, outside sink and sun canopy. The back area is safe for children to play as gates can be locked to ensure that they do not wander into the private road. It is well equipped with hob and oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet. It has British Sky TV giving all the UK programmes and DVD/Video player. There is a master bedroom on the first floor plus a further double bedroom with small terrace. The bathroom is also located on this floor. The 2nd floor is where you will find twin beds and a huge sun terrace with sun canopy, ideal for the sun worshipper. This property is easily accessible to both Alicante Airport, 45 mins drive and Murcia (San Javier) Airport approximately 20 mins drive. La Zenia can be approached either way by the scenic route of the N332 or travel along the AP-7 where La Zenia has its own exit off the motorway. Although hiring a car from the airport is popular, La Zenia is fully serviced by buses and taxis.
