Description of Villa: |
The Villa is situated on one level on the side of a mountain (not High up), overlooking the town of Gandia, to the sea. Views of the sea to Denia (25 kms away). Nicely situated with mountains forming a backdrop to the villa.
The Villa is fully equipped and the guests have the use of the private swimming pool. Gandias award winning beach is only 5 minutes drive away. Valancias 2nd city Gandia is also only a 2 minute or a short taxi ride away, the town boasts great shops, bars and restaurants. To the southof the villa is the town of Oliva (10 minutes drive) and Denia/Javea (15 minutes). To the north is the town of Cullera (20 minutes drive) and Valencia (only 45 minutes). The inland towns of Barx and Simat are a few minutes drive and Alzira is about 25 minutes away. Should you want something more lively, the resort of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive.
