Beautiful apartment with lots of charachter, in the middle of the charmning neighbourhood of Barceloneta. Two bedrooms with a banlcony.

Description of Apartment: |
This flat has been charmingly restored as closely as possible to how it would have been 120 years ago (but including all modern conveniences!). The original layout; floor tiling, windows, doors and wrought iron balcony railings have all been retained. It is situated on the second floor of a building in a pedestrian street in the heart of the old port area of Barcelona, and the balcony offers a view of both the street and the main market square.
The flat is just six minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Gothic Quarter, and four minutes walk from the beach. The waterfront, pier and yachting port are at one minutes walk. The whole area is full of excellent seafood restaurants, ranging from some of the most exclusive in Barcelona to tiny bars that offer the best fried fish in town for very little money.
The flat itself is small (35 square meters) but has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed which can be converted into twins and the other with one single bed, with a pull out below. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen area and access to the balcony, which runs the length of the flat. There is one small bathroom with a SMALL shower. |

| Barceloneta is in the city centre, but still like a little village in its own right, with plenty of charachter, and old tradidtions. Only a foot step away from the beach on one side, the Old Port on the other and walking along the port you arrive to the old town only 5 minute walk. Probably the best location of Barcelona. |
