Description of Villa:
Two bed villa in secure private grounds, with parking.Large terrace for sunbathing and alfresco dinning. grassed area for childrens playtime. There is a communal pool which is entered by a private gate from the villa, making it an ideal place for people with younger children. The villa comprises of two bedrooms, one double, one twin and a double sofa bed.one bathroom with bath/shower, toilot, bidet and sink. A kitchen/diner leads out onto a part covered terrace. In the kitchen area there is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, iron and ironing board. Outside the use of a gas bbq, sunloungers, garden table and chairs. The villa is situated approx 2km from Peniscola town and beaches where there are a variety of bars and resturants, super markets and shops. A car is recommended, but for those without the local bus stop is only a few minutes walk away and Benicarlo train station 3km away.

Facilities:
Peniscola town and beaches, offers vast stretches of safe sandy beaches with a blue flag award for cleanliness. Home to the 15th century old castle, once the residence of Pope Benedicto X111 and location for the filming of El Cid. Stroll through the quaint cobbled streets surrounding the castle where you can take in the sounds and smells of the numerous tapas bars/restaurants to suit all tastes. Visit the working harbour when each afternoon the local fishermen bring in the catch of the day. The long promenade comes alive at night with a variety of local entertainers and artists, the hippy market at the foot of the castle has an array of stalls selling hand made jewellery and artefacts. The national park of Sierra d irta with miles of quite coves amongst rocky shores, ideal for some peace and tranquility, and if you are of the naturist type there are several naturist beaches scattered amongst this area.
