A charming villa in a very quiet location and excellent value for money

Description of Villa: |
This charming villa is set in a very quiet location and is furnished to a high standard plus air conditioning through out. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and dining room area, kitchen and small outside terrace.
The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dish washer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and a small breakfast table.
The lounge is well furnished and comes with Sky TV (free view only), and a music centre. There is also a dining table and six chairs.
The three bedrooms are of a good size all with double beds and two have built in wardrobes.
The family bathroom has toilet, basin, bath and above head shower. The second bathroom has toilet, basin and shower.
Outside is a small terrace which is perfect for taking breakfast or late night drinks and there is a small well maintained stoned garden.
Although the villa is set in a very quiet location it is close to all your needs. The major road links are within a five minute drive making site seeing very easy. The nearest supermarket is less than five minutes away and the fantastic beaches just a ten minute drive.
As well as the fantastic beaches you are close to all the major places of interest that the area is known for. Seville is just over one hours drive and is well worth a visit. Cadiz is only twenty minutes away and Gibraltar about one hour. As well as these, there are several white villages all within easy reach.
The local beaches offer a range of activities during the high season which include, surfing, wind surfing, body boarding, sailing and diving. They are also supervised by life guards and first aid centres.
If you like golf, there is a wide choice of courses with the nearest ones being less than fifteen minutes away.
The villa also offers private off road parking for up to four cars. Although there is no private pool, there are a few public pools for use during the high season which are within easy reach.
This villa represents very good value for money and offers the chance of a true get away from it all holiday and yet is an ideal base for all the local attractions
