2 BED/2BATH TOWNHOUSE 5 MINS DRIVE TO BEACH & POPULAR TOWN OF LOS ALCAZARES.
Description of Townhouse:
Our townhouse is fantastically situated within easy reach of everything to make a great holiday. Its less than 10 minutes transfer from San Javier (Murica) Airport and less than an hour from Alicante airport too. Theres the competition standard 18 hole Roda Golf & Beach club less than a 5 minute walk away which is ideal for any golfer. The local towns of Roda & Dolores are all within a 10 minute walk. There is a tapas bar on site which is very popular with the locals and a great meeting place. The larger town of Los Alcazares is a 20 minute walk away where you will find banks, supermarkets,shops, international selection of restaurants and snack bars.. Something for everyone. Within a 5 minute walk of the main square at Los Alcazares you will find a stunning beach which is located on the Mar Menor, one of the largest lagoons within Europe. Where you will find over 3km of well maintained sandy beaches, beach snack/bars and a promenade ideal for a stroll and watch the world go by. If you fancy a trip into the city of either Cartagena or Murcia you can be in either within a 30 minutes drive and both are great for shopping, to take in the histroic sights or enjoy a fantastic meal at one of the many restaurants. Our property has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate 6 by using the sofa bed in the lounge. All home comforts have been taken care of from a well furnished kitchen to sky sports 1,2,3 in the lounge. There is a gated drive way which is great for kids to play safely in addition to the traditional style spanish court yard to the rear which is aslo gated for your safety. If sun worshipping is your thing you have a private roof top sun terrace or you can lounge by the communal pool if you fancy a dip to call off. the property also boasts views of the mountains in the distance and also some views of the Mar Menor and the La Manga strip on a clear day. Both bedrooms have built in sliding wardrobes and built in drawers. The master room has a double bed and bedside tables and lamps also a safe in the wardrobe. There is a tv and dvd player in the 2nd bedroom, ideal for kids to enjoy. The main family bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, sink unit & bidet. A shower room down stairs has a shower cubicle , toilet and sink.

Facilities:
There is something for everyone within the area from Golf to shopping, sightseeing to fishing and a whole lot more...You can be almost anywhere within the region within an hour, from rural inland, city centre or by the sea which means theres lots to do. Murcia and Cartagena now boasts some of the best out of town shopping experiences within the area. If its a bargain you want you can catch a market 7 days a week, with one on a Friday just a few feet from the house. There are many sporting activites you can enjoy in the area from golf, tennis, all water sports, fishing, horse riding, quad biking, go-karts,scuba diving and loads more..If water fun park is a key feature of your holiday you wont be dissapointed as there is 2 within 30 minutes drive of La Torre as well as a zoo thats just opened in the summer of 2007. Boats trips are also available from San Javier and a daily passenger ferry runs regulary between San Javier and the La Manga strip for less than 5 euros per person. If wine is your thing there are 2 well known wine regionss within Murcia, firstly there is Jumilla and theres Bullas. Both of which hav many bodegas where you can go and sample some of the local wines and you can even treat your self to a bottle to take home.
