This apartment has 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. The living room full of natural light has been furnished with TV, DVD, Stereo and exits to a balcony with open views. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms with shower.
Comfortable and spacious flat located in “Pueblo Nuevo”, one of Barcelona’s traditional neighbourhoods, just 10 minutes away by underground from the city downtown. “La Rambla de Pueblo Nuevo”, which crosses along the neighbourhood, is plenty of shops and restaurants where is easy to relax while surrounded by a quiet atmosphere. “Mar Bella”, one of the best well-known beaches in town is just a short walk away.

Poble Nou may be a different prospect in a few years time when it becomes Barcelona´s IT mecca next to the sea as planned. But for now it´s a charming centrally-located residential neighbourhood five minutes from the sea near Vila Olimpica and Barcelona´s best beach Mar Bella.
Thanks to the pedestrianised Rambla de Poble Nou which is lined with cafes and trees, the area has a very local, friendly and villagey feel, retained from the days when it used to be a small village on the outskirts of the city.
The Ramblas and the centre of town are just 10 minutes away by metro or head along the beach to reach Barceloneta and the old port. This is a lovely place from which to soak up the feeling of a local Catalan neighbourhood while being within easy reach of the city centre and the beach.
And Los Pescadors in Poble Nou is one of the best fish restaurants in Barcelona.
