Description of Villa: |
This villa is a very nice place to go on vacation, with other houses you can relax, enjoy and have fun at the same time. Its very close to the beaches of Empuries, where the Olympic flame arrived in 1992 (only 800 meters). There are several sandy beaches, not crowed and a nice walk path by them.
You can do lots of activities, horse riding (600 meters from the house), ciclyng (there are two bikes you can use at the house), diving, sailing, aquadiver (with all kind of swimming pools in Roses, 20 km from the house), there are also several discosteques in the village, but enough far from the house, so you dont hear the sound. The big supermarkets are only 1 km from the house, and there you can find any food and drink you need (especially fresh fish and meet). You dont have problem to park the car, you can use the garage or park the car in the street. Its a saved place from thieves or factories. The road is far from the house so you dont hear the noise of the cars.
The community area is very nice, wide, clean and safe. Every single day the gardener comes to control the water of the pool and care for the cleaning area.
Theres also a nice children park, 400 meters from the house.
The city of Figueres is 15 minutes ride, there you can go to the cinemas, market, bowling areas, the famous Museum of the painter Daly, or the train station.
The airport is 50 km away, so its necessary to rent a car.
There are many possibilities to do and visit, so we add a file with the extra information (restaurants, shops, cultural places, entertainment, etc) |
