Description of Villa:
The house’s exceptional architecture offers huge indoor and outdoor living spaces, swimming pool (with outdoor shower and toilet), terraces in the sun and, most importantly, with shades, an exterior dining and barbecue patio for up to twelve people and amazing comfort and views in every room and corner. All 4 bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in the master’s bedroom and in the top floor studio, as well as in the TV area. Upon demand, the house can be fully entertained by Home Service Partners. On request we will send you a detailed description of the area and available leisure & sport activities. Die außergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses bietet seinen Gästen großzügige Wohnbereiche innen und außen mit wunderschönen Blicken auf Wasser und Berge, viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden, sowie komfortable Schattenplätze. Selbstverständlich sind ein Swimming Pool mit eigener Dusche und Toilette, ein Grillplatz und auf der überdachten Terrasse 12 Essplätze vorhanden. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer haben ihr eigenes Bad mit Dusche (Jacuzzi im Hauptschlafzimmer, Ankleideraum). Klimaanlagen im oberen Studio und dem Hauptschlafzimmer (beide OG), ebenso wie in der Fernseh- und Kaminecke. Bei Interesse kann das Haus während Ihres Aufenthalts rundum von Home Service Partners versorgt werden.
