Rooftop sun terrace with all day sun all year round. Moden fully equpped kitchen. 2.5 bathrooms Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with marble floors throughout. Calahonda is approximately 35 kilometres and 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Luxurious well furnished modern open plan lounge with TV (UK terrestrial and some satellite channels), DVD/CD player, open fire and fully glazed panorama doors to south facing dining terrace with stunning views over the valley down to the Med with built-in barbecueand full al-fresco dining facilities. Fully equipped modern quality kitchen with granite surfaces, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer,microwave and toaster. Double/twin master bedroom with patio doors opening to garden and en-suite shower/bath/jacuzzi, wc, basin, bidet. 2 further twin/double bedrooms, one also with patio doors to garden. All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes Large family shower room with wc, basin and walk-in shower. Guest wc/cloakroom in entrance hall. Large rooftop sun terrace, benefitting from all day sun all year round, with sunbeds, umbrella further dining facilities South facing private garden with terracotta patio,sunbeds. umbrella and garden shower. The pool is only 30 metres along a path leading from the garden and is shared with a small number of similar villas.
