Description of Cottage: |
The casita is newly built, set in 40000sq mt of oak woodland, comprising of 1 bedroom, an open plan living/dining/kitchen all with vaulted ceilings and a woodburner, it has a separate showeroom, it also has a private terrace with glorious mountain views.
During the spring Feb-June the wild flowers are sublime and theres wild bird life in abundance.
On our land we also have Sheep,Chickens, run a boarding kennels and cattery, and have our own dogs and cats.
Zafarraya is situated on the A341 which runs to Loja 30mins North, with direct access to the A92 Autovia, approx 1hr to Granada and 1hr to Malaga.
The casita is 1km from the village of Zafarraya,our land is very private, but with easy access to the local facilities, which include a public swimming pool, shops, plazas,and restaurants, in June and September the village has it´s own Fiesta, with many other festivals happening in the religious calander.
We live next door to the casita, but respect your privacy ( we´re there if you need us.)
The surrounding area is mainly agriculture, Sheep and Goats,a real sence of rural Spain, where traditions haven´t changed for generations.
The Casita is totally NO SMOKING ( with extra care need outside, for fire reasons)
With such easy access to the motorway it gives endless scope to days out, ie; the cultural city of Granada and Malaga, the beach, ski slopes, moutain walking,Cycling, the list is very long, we can put you intouch with people that take guided walks etc...

| Internet access is availible in emergencies. Washing machine can be used once a week for 1 load, all other loads will be charged for at 5.00euros per load |
