The property is in the heart of Platja dAro with large attractive communal gardens and pool, five minutes walk from the town and beach of Platja dAro. The Apt is modernised and is very light and airy with marble flooring throughout. There are three large bedrooms (two double and one twin) and . Bathrooms and kitchen are excellently equipped. There is a large living room and dining room with a sun terrace and private terrace.
The apt is a two minutes walk to shops and about 4-5 mintues walk to the sandy beach, tree-lined promenade and marina. The town has a wide choice of good restaurants, bars and shops. The surrounding area has golf, tennis and water sports with lots of lovely bays and coves and great coastal walks.
