Description of Villa: |
The villa is situated in the La Finca Golf Course, and has a panoramic view of all the village around it.
The Villa has two floors. In the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofas and satellite tv with the Sky packet. There is a well used kitchen fully fitted. Two double bedrooms with their individual bathrooms. Upstairs there is another bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct access to the solarium. The spacious solarium allows wonderful views over the golf course and the village.
From the living room, is possible to access the terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or a dinner enjoying the evening sunshine. Around the villa is a well kept garden.
The communal swimming pool is just one minute away from the house.
La Finca golf course that is just five minutes walk from the house was build in 2002 and designed by Jose Gancedo. The course was designed having in mind its use in competitions and today is in the PGA list.

Facilities: |
| Algorfa is a pleasant residential village just 15 minutes drive from Torrevieja. In the village you will find shops for your every day needs a few bars and restaurants with more variety in the surrounding villages of Quesada, Montesinos and Rojales. A new commercial centre is in the process of opening opposite our Urbanisation which is going to house shops,bars, restaurants and banks all within walking distance. In Rojales you will find one of the aquaparks open from June to September with its various flumes and pools to discover. The other park is in Torrevieja behind Habaneras shopping centre which also has the pitch and putt next to it. Torrevieja, the nearest main town has a long promenade and marina and on summer evenings you can enjoy a stroll through the street market which is held along the prom and then choose one of the many restaurants along the way for your evening meal. All the villages hold markets on one day of the week and they are well worth a visit for souvenirs to take home. There are lovely sandy beaches all along the coastline, the nearest being Guardamar at just a 15 minute drive, it wont be too crowded as there is about 9 miles of it. |
