in the heart of the historic centre, in the middle of Calle de Navellos in front of "las Cortes Valencianas" and near the "Generalidad, Plaza de la Virgen, the Cathedral and Torres de Serranos". Surrounded by emblematic historical buildings.
FEATURES:
The apartamen has been completely reformed in 2004 with marble staircase and original XIX century architectal elements, like the windows and the irons of the balconies. The floors are form pink marble and the furniture is antique.
COMMUNICATION:
Good communication by bus or tram at 50 metres which leads you to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Malvarrosa beach and harbour. It is located close to the North trainstation.
LOCAL LEISURE:
You can walk, ride the bike along the River Turia for 8 km. It was transformed in lovely gardens in the eighties.
