Villa Esperanza is a newly constructed villa set in the prestigious La Capellania urbanisation just 3 kilometres from the old white Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Access to the villa is by remote controlled electric gates to the front and double garage, with automatic doors, to the rear. This gives privacy and security. There is a shopping centre just a couple of minutes away and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/café, internet café, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant. Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping centre. The aquaparks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbour, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.
