The villa is situated in a picturesque hillside location near Benitachell with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The villa has large windows that are uncommon in most traditional Spanish villas, letting in lots of that lovely Spanish sunlight. The villa is close to well maintained beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and other activities like hiking, water sports and of course, golf courses.
