Spacious 2 bed 2 bath penthouse (2nd floor) apartment which sleeps 4 with A/C on small friendly gated complex 15 mins walk from the sea.

Description of Apartment: |
This very well appointed two bedroom two bathroom apartment is situated on a small and select gated complex. The two terraces look out over the hills and enjoy particularly spectacular sunsets. There are two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor for winter use as well as a childrens splash pool, all nestling in very pretty and well maintained gardens and only a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach.
Our apartment has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to one of the two sunny terraces, one twin bedroom with the family bathroom just across the hall, the large light and airy lounge/dining room has air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, CD player with patio doors leading to the second terrace and side terrace/BBQ area. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with the usual appliance with a door leading to the laundry room and washing machine. Both the bathrooms have baths and showers.
Car hire is recommended and there is a designated parking space within the complex near to the apartment. Beach mats, cool box, picnic equipment, sunloungers etc are all provided for use during your stay.
The apartment is well situated for easy reach to many of the glorious beaches and coves found in this area with an Aqua water park within walking distance, Go-Carting in Garrucha a mere ten minute drive away and locally there are a number of golf courses.
This is a second floor penthouse apartment so please note that access is by stairs only, there is no lift.

| This area has a typically Spanish feel to it with reportedly the best climate in Spain with wonderful local markets, a working harbour in Garrucha and spectacular views from the nearby National Park. There are also a number of scenic villages in the surrounding hills which are well worth a visit |
