Description of Townhouse: |
Situated within walking distance of ALL facilities you can not fail to have a great time. As you enter the property there is a downstairs cloakroom toilet to your right with the kitchen to your left. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the appliances you could wish for to include dishwasher, micro wave and washing machine. The work tops are all finished off in polished granite giving it that luxury look. The lounge diner is open plan and comes complete with sky box allowing you to keep up to date with all your English soaps! Off of the lounge is the large paved garden furnished with sun beds and outdoor table and chairs. At the bottom of the fenced garden is a gate leading directly into the communal gardens and pool area. There are 2 pools an adult and a child’s making it an ideal family holiday location. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms comprised of one with twin single beds and the other two made up as doubles. The master bedroom benefits from a beautiful full en suite bathroom all finished off in marble. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor, leading upstairs from here is a large roof terrace with views out to the blue Mediterranean. Downstairs from the lounge is the family bedroom with a small double bed and 2 singles allowing this versatile property to sleep up to 10 people making it a good value holiday location all round! |

LOCATION GOLF, LOCATION BEACH, Situated in the premier area of Calahonda, on the edge of El Zoco’s commercial area allowing walking distance not only to the beach but a wealth of restaurants and shopping facilities. The cuisine on offer includes traditional Spanish, Italian, Thai, Chinese and Indian not to mention the numerous English restaurants. For those wishing to self cater barely a five minute walk from the apartment is the Super Sol supermarket. Calahonda is situated halfway between the ever popular Fuengirola and the luxurious Marbella you will be spoilt for choice here when it comes to amenities or attractions. Locally Calahonda continues to be ever popular with the British with English widely spoken, there is a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes of this property. If you wish to see some of the best attractions the coast has to offer to the west you can enjoy the huge aqua park, zoo and port at Fuengirola or 5 minutes further on you are in the Marina at Benalmadena with its themed restaurants, night clubs and Sea world for the children. Perhaps after a visit there you may wish to enjoy the Selwo Dolphin Centre or for the more adventurous the Crocodiles at Torremolinas next to Water Park. Ten minutes drive to the East you have Marbella where you can shop until you drop in designer stores, admire the outstanding yachts in the marina or just stroll along the beach on Marbella’s famous golden mile. Five minutes further on you have Puerto Banus where you can rub shoulders with the celebrity A list or just enjoy an outstanding meal in one of the quayside restaurants. For the golfers they too have an outstanding selection of courses and facilities which are truly second to none. This location really does have something for all from families, golfers to clubbers, or just those wishing for a quiet relaxing break. Book early to avoid disappointment on this one! |
