Villa Bella is a stunning private villa with private pool and great seaviews
Description of Villa:
Villa Bella is a privately owned 5 bedroom house located in one of the Costa del Sol’s most exclusive areas. There are three double bedrooms and two twin-bedded rooms all with air conditioning/heating. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have private, south-facing sun terraces with stunning sea views. There are three bathrooms, a large fitted kitchen with marble worktops, dining room and large, galleried lounge with air conditioning and picture window looking out, over the garden, on to the Mediterranean. Outside there is a shaded terrace, barbecue area, established gardens with lawn and trees as well as extensive sun terrace area surrounding the swimming pool. The pool has its own integral paddling area for smaller children. The bookings run from Friday to Friday and please note we would ask all guests be packed and ready to vacate Villa Bella by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. The maids will arrive at 10.00 am to clean rooms, change beds etc., ready for the next guests arrival. Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart. About 15 minutes walk to safe, sandy beach with bars and restaurants. An ideal base for sightseeing with aquaparks about 10 minutes drive, Fuengirola 10 mins., Mijas about 15 minutes and Gibraltar just over one hour. Less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfer. We live about 5 minutes away and speak fluent Spanish. There is a shopping centre at the entrance to the urbanisation and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, internet café and excellent Indian restaurant. The white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo is only 3 kms. from the house and you will enjoy strolling through its peaceful cobbled streets and taking lunch at one of the many cafes and restaurants. The rear of the villa is tastefully paved in terracotta with white intertiling. From the dining room there is a patio door leading to the covered barbecue area which leads in turn to the covered outside dining area with large table and chairs for up to ten people. There is a lawn running almost the entire length of the plot and this has automatic watering to keep it green all year round. This has the seaward edge traditional Andalusian white balustrading with piers featuring individual garden lights automatically switched. The 11 x 5 metre pool has the shallow end separated from the main pool to create a safe paddling area for smaller children. The pool is cleaned weekly and the purification chemicals maintained to safe, correct levels. The pool has slip resistant borders and there is a large sun terrace area with pool shower. The drive is finished in sand-coloured printed concrete and there is room for at least three cars. The villa is located in the exclusive area of La Capellania just five minutes drive from the old village of Benalmádena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, white painted houses, bars, restaurants, and places of interest. The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive and has two beach bars. Mijas village is about 20 minutes drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village. The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmádena Costa with its award-winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants. The villa itself is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport. La Capellania is a very private and sought-after location in the Costa del Sol. Villa Bella is a large, luxury villa in the traditional Spanish style and would suit two families wishing to holiday together. The size and layout of the property ensures privacy but its closeness to local amenities allows you the freedom to enjoy your holiday exactly as you like to. The location of the villa ensures you are not overlooked. There are good local taxi services and car hire can be arranged with the car(s) being delivered to your door so you don’t have to drive after your flight. In order to give you the best service we offer airport collection & return, welcome food packs and will accommodate special requests such as birthday cakes, restaurant reservations or champagne.
