This comfortable well equipped home is set in a quiet residential area for anyone looking
for a relaxing holiday. The property has an enclosed garden planted with colourful bougainvillea .
The rooftop solarium/terrace which is accessed directly from outside offers sea views and is an ideal
place for soaking up the sun or sitting in the shade of a parasol and relaxing with a favourite book enjoying a glass of Spanish wine. There is a communal swimming pool which is only a minute from the holiday home. There is a choice of restaurants ,bars, cafes, shops and a supermarket which are located within easy reach. Beautiful blue flag sandy beaches plus a magnitude of restaurants offering exotic food and all other amenities which are located on either side of the main road N332, can be reached within 6 minutes by car. This is an ideal location for golf players as the property is surrounded by 3 superb golf courses which are at Villamartin, Campoamor and Ramblas.
Torrevieja the bustling main town on the coast line with daily markets is only 15 minutes away by car.
The markets are held everyday at different areas, but, the closest to this property is at Playa Flamenca which is only 10 minutes by car. Some companies offer free trips to places like beautiful Guadlest which can be arranged on a market day if anyone wishes to take a chance.
