Description of Townhouse:
For more pictures ask for our website. The village of Comepta is one of the white cities of Andalusia, and it has an original feeling, despite being well visited of tourists. In the village you will find a public pool and football camps, in the Hotel Balcon you can rent a tennis court and enjoy their pool. The area around Competa are beautiful and well suited for walks, all though you might not want to walk during mid day in the summer, due to the heat. Shopping and eating in Competa is very inexpensive.The house is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a patio, a bathroom and a roof terrace. From the roof terrace you get a wonderful view of the city, the mountains and the coast. The roof terrace is very good for eating and relaxing, we provide 3 tables, 10 chairs and 2 sunbeds. It is perfect to enjoy the sun, which is fantastic in the summer, on the terrace. In the patio there is always a comfortable temperature, also when it is very hot outside. You enter the house in the hall, form where you can access the bathroom and one bedroom. In the Bathroom there is a bath, a toilet, a wash and a washing machine. In the bedroom we have a double bed, an office desk, wireless internet and limited computer facilities. You are welcome to bring your own computer, the password for the wireless internet will be provided when you arrive. Half a floor up from the hall is the kitchen and the dining room. In the kitchen there is a wash, a fridge, a gas stove with oven. We also provide a kettle and a coffee machine. From the dining room the view is similar to the one from roof terrace. We have a table with 6 chairs where you can eat. You enter the roof terrace from the dining room. Downstairs from the kitchen you find the master bedroom and the living room. In the living room we have a fireplace, a television with 32 channels, a DVD player and a VCR machine. You’re welcome to watch our movies (mainly Danish) we also have some for kids. The patio is next to the living room and here we have a small table. Another floor down we have the last bedroom. From here you can actually enter another street, since the streets in Competa are extremely steep.
