Lovely penthouse apartment on the Golden Mile in Marbella, few minutes walk to the beach, near shopping and several restaurants
Description of Penthouse:
The apartment is located within walking distance of more or less everything. The supermarked is just outside the complex, restaurants are on the other side of the road and the sandy beach is 5 minutes walk away. Decoration is kept classic and minimal, and you will find all things available for your holiday. Terraces The down stairs terrace is on the same level as the kitchen, thus the lower terrace is normally used for dining. There is direct access from the lounge to the terrace. The terrace up stairs is larger and has sun beds, dining table with 4 chairs and lots of plants. There is direct access from one of the bedrooms to the terrace. Flat sharing In order to keep the rent low, the apartment is shared with a long term tenant who has some of the lower part of the apartment, fully separated. The penthouse apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, 1 lounge and 2 terraces in total. However the is a tenant who occupies 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has access to the kitchen. The private (lock-able) section inkludes: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge, 2 terraces with absolute privacy. Cleaning Mandatory cleaning fee of € 50. Additional charge for electricity due to the aircondition Technical details Internet is cabled (RJ45), not wireless (WiFi) Restaurants Many restaurants are located within walking distance (2 - 10 minutes). One of the best is Da Bruno located just across the road, but you will find sushi, Indian, Thai, Argentinian and of course traditional Spanish restaurants aswell. At the beach there are traditional Spanish fish restaurant and a couple of high quality beach reastaurants directly on the sand.
