From the apartments big terrace you have a great view over the golf course as well as the fantastic view to the Mountains “La Concha” in the background. The apartment is situated in walking distance to the very elegant club house at “La Quinta” and to the 5-stars “Westin Hotel”, where you also find restaurants and bars. The 100 square-metre apartment with a 25 square-metre terrace is completely restored and tasteful equipped. The apartment contains 3 nice double bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms – both with shower and bathtub. You will also find a very nice and well-equipped kitchen, dining room and rest room. If you want to see the local charm – go to “San Pedro” a small village only 5 minutes driving from the apartment – here you find many “Tapas Bars” and nice restaurants. Among others, there are nice shopping possibilities, especially in the famous city “Marbella”, where “The Orange Square” is worth a small visit. Within a short time of driving you can visit the famous towns and exciting places such as Ronda, Granada, Sevilla and the British colony Gibraltar.
