Description of Villa:
Accessibility Access to ground floor suitable for some disability with bed settee and ground floor bathroom. Outside Our villa has a lovely garden, with a long paved drive to park your car (if you hire one). It boasts of having a large patio area with garden furniture, where in the summer months is an ideal place to sit out for all your meals with sun loungers and barbecue. Montefaro has one of the largest communal pools in Gran Alacant. It is 500 sq metres incorporating a childrens pool at one end. There is a small island in the middle of the pool, which can be reach by a bridge. The pool area has been tastefully landscaped with palm trees, flowers and straw parasols if you would like some shade from the sun. It is open from June until September, at the moment, and has a lifeguard on duty for your safety. So that you dont have to go back to the villa in your wet clothes, there is changing rooms (toilets, showers, basin and changing area) so that you can freshen up. The villa is only a minutes walk from the pool area. Coast/Beach Our nearest beach (Carrabassi) is about a 20 minutes walk down a hill or a minutes drive with plenty of parking facilities. However, for the less energetic there are buses to take you down to the beach and also to bring you back up. Here you can enjoy pure waters in some of the blue flag beaches certified by the Spanish government from 1987 for their crystal clear water and sand quality. Of the 15 km of coast, almost 11 km are fine sandy beaches and are recommended for children. Travel Airport: Alicante 10 km, approx driving time to villa 15 mins. Car hire (or use of car) recommended. Airport transfers can be arranged at time of booking. New to area transport around grand alacant for 1.20 euro one way.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, one double bed with fully fitted wardrobe with fitted shelves, two bedside cabinets and patio doors leading onto a small balcony. Bedroom 2, this bedroom has two twin beds, a bedside cabinet, fully fitted wardrobe. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1- fully fitted bathroom with bath (shower over), toilet, bidet, basin and plug point for shaver. Towels (not beach) and hairdryer. Bathroom 2, fully fitted bathroom with bath (shower over), toilet, basin and plug point for shaver. Kitchen: This is an individual kitchen, fully fitted with kitchen units, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all kitchen utensils including crockery and pans. Living Rooms: The lounge consists of two sofas one of which is a bed settee, sideboard and coffee table. For your pleasure there is full use of CD/radio, DVD player, TV with some English channels and Satellite TV. Other: The dining area consists of a table and four chairs (Two of the patio chairs can be brought inside if needed for six people). Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: General: linen provided, towels provided. Laundry service for bedlinen only (for 2 week bookings).
