Very beautiful and confortable chalet, with views to the mountains and sun all day long, located in the nice Urbanisation called Vizcondado de Calonge- Calonge. Only 2 Km. From the village and 4 Km. from the nicest beaches of Costa Brava.
The chalet is composed in two floors: In the main floor there is a confortable living dining room with TV and direct access to a covered terrace joining the garden with large pool - 5x10m- and barbecue area. Full equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Laundry area with washing machine. One double bedroom with double bed and extra confortable sofabed for 2 persons. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms with double beds – one of them has a toilette en suite and one double bedroom with 2 single beds. One bathroom with bath. Terraces all around the house. Swimming pool. Garden. Heating. Maxim Capacity: 8/10 persons. |
