The house is situated in Quart, a small village of 2000 inhabitants, 5km drive from Girona, 25 km from La Costa Brava, 35km from Figueres, 100km from Barcelona, 60km from the border with France and overlooking The Gavarres Massif. Accommodation: Occupancy for 8/10 people with 200 m2 inhabitable space and a 1000m2 backyard. The house has 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, dinning room, living area, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, lumber room, own parking area, playingroom. Spectacular views to The Gavarres Massif. Other amenities: Central heating and air-conditioning, stereo equipment, fireplace, piano, satellite TV (Astra, Eutelsat), sofa/bed, swimming-pool (4.5 x 9 m) with its own filter pump, current generator, under water lights and salt chlorine converter, basketball court, swings, fruit trees, charcoal grill (BBQ), garden furniture, and lights in the outside. The location offers a wide range of activities. You can practice basketball or swimming onsite. Biking is possible with the Green Way Girona-Costa Brava. This bike lane, situated only 200 m. far from the house, is 40km long and joins Girona with Sant Feliu de Guixols. Beach: the whole Costa Brava is within a 30 to 40 minutes drive. There are nice villages such as Sant Feliu de Guixols, Tossa de Mar, Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Platja dAro, Palamos, Calella de Palafrugell, Begur, Pals, lEstartit, lEscala, Sant Marti dEmpuries, Roses, Port de la Selva, Llanca and Cadaques.
