Description of Villa:
Las Piñas is a charming linked villa in beautiful surroundings that is very well maintained and managed to luxury standards by its owners. The villa is 7 minutes walk from the southern end of Playa de Pals beach - just where the long wide beach changes to small sandy coves. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and boutiques are also close, but at Las Piñas, you will only be aware of trees, rolling lawns, blue sky - and a sence of peace. The shoulder seasons are favoured by many returning guests, when the beach is still a good option, walking becomes more pleasant and the late evenings develop that special golden light that has lured so many artists to the area. Las Piñas is extremely well equipped and personally managed by its owners to a very high standard. The villa has its own small private hedged gardens front and back, with palm & pine trees, shrubs & flowers. The garden is illuminated at night. There is a small exit through the hedge to spacious, superbly landscaped lawns with further trees and exotic flowering shrubs. The shared large adult’s pool (40 ft) and children’s pool both get minimal use. You will find the villa clean and bright, comfortable and very well equipped. All rooms have wide windows opening to good views. There are built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans & black-out blinds in all bedrooms. Optional insect screens on all windows in the house. Master bedroom suite is air-conditioned though many guests say it is not necessary. Quality bed linen, towels and maid service is supplied weekly. If you wish, owner or their assistant will be on hand for your arrival and are available at all times. You park a few steps from the front door and the built in kitchen is well equipped. The villa is 7 minutes walk from the southern end of the long beach at Playa de Pals, or walk a few minutes more to two hidden swimming coves. Though the villa is quietly placed, you can walk easily to Pals Golf Course, Restaurants, Pubs, Shops, Tennis Courts and a Doctor. A quick drive takes you to medieval Pals town and on to Begur hill town, or to fishing villages like Sa Reira, Tamariu and LlaFranc. All about are sandy bays, green and gold countryside and ancient villages. Good restaurants abound. This is great walking country and you can begin at the front door - stepping out to trails through forests and along cliff paths. _____________________________________________________________________ From the Guest Book: "What a wonderful place. Facilities:
Centrifuge Juicer, Black-out blinds & Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Cot, High Chair, Stair Guards available on request. Parking few feet from door. Master bedroom is air-conditioned, however, this is a cool house with trees offering shade in summer. OUR BOOKINGS RUN FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY except possibly at Easter
