The house (135m2) is fully furnished to a very high standard and equipped with all needs for a self catering holiday. From the terraces (70m2) you have seaview and sun from the morning to the evening. The house has 3 bedrooms/2 bathromms and has a capacity to sleep 8 adults. Aircondition in all rooms.
The property is located directed at the beach and south facing, ensuring views of the sea and the garden with swimming pool (heated). There are also swimmingpools direct on the beach.
The development itself is quiet and has beautiful communal gardens with palm trees and flowers and you will also find a new childrens playground 250 m away from the house. Tennis and paddletennis in the development.
There is also located a Serviceoffice for renters centrally in the complex. The office has regular opening hours with english, spanish and norwegian spoken service.
There are 8 golf courses within 30 minutes drive (the nearest golf course is Duquesa Golf 800m from the house).
Walking distance to the nice habour "Puerto Duquesa" with a lot of bars and restaurants.
Manilva Beach is the perfect place for a sunny vacation. With its location on sunny Costa del Sol 10 km west of Estepona, Manilva Beach has over 300 days of sun during the year.
