This delightful and very tranquil Majorcan mountain villa with its fabulous position and private floodlit swimming pool is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac set in its own grounds (10,000 sqm) with a 1,000 years old olive grove, way up in the Pollensa hills. The secluded and romantic property commands breathtaking views towards the bay of Puerto de Pollensa, the historical town Pollensa, Puig de Maria, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. The holiday villa, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants, the lawned garden and the private pool (8m x 5m) have absolute privacy. Sleeps 6 persons including children.
All the master bed rooms have spacious terraces including one fantastic rooftop terrace, all with spectacular views and guaranteeing to all our guests a very private sphere. The large panoramic dining terrace with BBQ is perfect for balmy evenings and outdoor dining "Al Fresco".
The lovely swimming pool with floodlight is situated on a separate level of the former farmhouse Can Sagra further down from the house within a beautiful lawned Mediterranean garden similar to a park. Next to swimming pool: outside shower and a separate pool house with cloakroom/WC, plenty of seating and sunbeds, sunshades, stone table, open bar with fridge, PING-PONG-TABLE.

Local Aerea Details: Situated on the North East side of Majorca, Pollensa, including its Port, Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç is one of the most beautiful and attractive places in Mallorca. The magnificent mountains and bay offer a charming and wonderful setting. The town offers a wide range of cultural events including art galleries, international music festivals (in summer), shops, handcraft, excellent restaurants, etc.

Normally up in the Pollensa Hills air conditioning is not necessary as there is always a breeze going on and you can enjoy the pure and clean fresh air from the Tramuntana mountains and woods, nevertheless each bedroom as a fan. In case you need air conditioning we can arrange this locally at extra cost.
Central heating available by request.

Description inside of the house:
Ground Floor
Entry, lounge/dining room, open American style kitchen fully equipped, TV-room with library, 1 single bedroom (for an elderly person or a two small children), showerroom, large covered and uncovered terrace with outside dining area “al fresco” and BBQ with glorious views.
First floor: 2 Double bedrooms, full bathroom with bidet, large covered terrace.
Annex/Entresol Studio bedroom (twins), with its own en-suite bathroom. This cosy bedroom features a very spacious roof terrace with fantastic views making it ideal for large family holidays.
