Ciudad Quesada is easily accessed by motorway thirty minutes south of Alicante Airport or twenty five minutes north of Murcia Airport.
It is only five minutes drive from the long, quiet,safe and beautiful sandy blue flag beaches of Guardamar.
Situated between our complex and the beach is a picturesque lagoon and nature reserve surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Ideal for relaxed and peaceful walking.
This modern and well equipped first floor apartment is situated on a small and peaceful complex which boasts immaculately kept gardens and a large guitar shaped swimming pool with childrens paddling pool alongside.
Supermarkets, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes are at hand nearby.
Five excellent golf courses provide a challenge to players of all abilities.
Ciudad Quesada has its own Aquapark for children and adults!
There is also a Luxury Hotel and Country Club with restaurants, health spas and outdoor bowling facilities close by.
Whilst a car is not essential it does really help you to maximise your enjoyment of the area.
For your convenience we can provide transport to and from the airport at the rate of 50 euros each way.
We also provide regularly updated recommendations on restaurants, bars, beaches and other leisure activities which will help you to enjoy your holiday.
Its a short scenic drive(45 minutes) into Alicante which we recommend at least once during your holiday for shopping and sightseeing and 15 minutes to Torrevieja.

The apartment features two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, luxurious ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, fully fitted Kitchen and large comfortable Lounge with Satelite TV (BBC,ITV and Sports Channels) and DVD player (please bring your own music cd’s and DVDs, films can also be rented in Quesada).
The spacious balcony overlooking the pool and gardens is ideal for al fresco dining and the roof terrace is ideal for private sunbathing and barbecuing. The apartment sleeps four very comfortably but will accommodate six with the use of a sofa bed.
