Description of Townhouse: |
Situated on the Costa Blanca on the outskirts of Denia Town in Las Marinas, just a short walk from its lovely beach.
Our townhouse has an open plan living & dining area, which opens out onto its own private south facing patio and garden and looks out onto orange groves and striking mountain views and beautiful sunsets. It also has a north-facing balcony which catches the morning sun, ideal for those relaxing breakfasts and views of the "Sleeping Elephant", Montgo. The house is situated in a small complex beautifully landscaped with palm trees flowering shrubs and lawns. Within the complex is an attractive communal swimming pool with a safe childrens section. Gated car parking is provided within the complex.
Both the Seve Ballsteros designed Oliva Nova golf course and the La Sella golf complex are a short drive away. Thirty minutes drive away are the attractions of Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia and Mundomar Seaworld. Two safari parks and caves are also close by to Denia. The beautiful cities of Alicante and Valencia are both within an hours drive away. Also nearby there are several attractive towns and villages high up in the mountains such as Guadalest, with its fascinating historical past, and many ceramic shops and gift shops. Stop off at the cooperative wine shops on the way where you can taste before you buy!
Las Marinas beach is only ten minutes walk from our townhouse where you will find twenty kilometers of seafront merging into other beaches. Las Marinas is a flat sandy beach gently sloping into the sea.These local beaches fly the EC Blue Flag for clean seas. Denia town centre which still has a nice Spanish feel is only a short drive or bus ride away. There are many shops, bars and restaurants which are well worth visiting along with the Port , Marina and Castle. The harbour has links to the Balearic Islands with regular ferry services to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca and Menorca The main street in Denia leads down to the port and is very beautiful with trees creating restful shade, really worth a visit, great for eating Al-fresco. Come and enjoy the healthiest climate in the world according to the World Health Organisation. |
