This Luxury detached, private & beautifully styled Villa, is fully air-conditioned and includes its own heated swimming pool and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Villa is in one of the finest golf and residential urbanisations on the Costa Blanca. In a quiet area yet close to all amenities.
It has been comfortably furnished by owners who realise the need for first class accommodation.
This luxury Villa includes a roof solarium, with sea views, for private sunbathing. Smart gardens, fully tiled patio area.
With an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The pool is private, heated by solar panels and now includes a roll on roll off pool conservatory. Ideal for relaxing inside and swimming under, most of the year and is rolled off during the very hot months.
The Villa is situated only five minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Ten minutes drive to beautiful blue flag beaches. Only 5 minutes drive to the three golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Compoamor. Twenty minutes drive to the town of Torrevieja. Thirty to fifty minutes drive to Alicante airport. Only 15 minutes from Murcia airport.
It comprises of a spacious lounge with a 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater suite. TV with digital satellite channels. A midi hifi, coffee table and a dining table with 6 chairs (2 carvers). Plus air conditioning. Now also includes a living flame gas fire, for the cooler winter evenings.
Separate American style kitchen plus utility room. Includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Iron and Ironing board. Oven, hob and microwave. Kettle, toaster, juicer and sandwich maker.Wok,coffee maker and a vegetable steamer.
Covered terrace with table and 6 chairs.For wonderful relaxed outdoor eating.
Entrance lobby with sliding door wardrobe for coats and shoes.
Double bedroom with on-suite bathroom, drawers and fitted wardrobes.TV with digital satellite channels. Plus air-conditioning. Fitted safe.
Two twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom. Both with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and safes. Cot available.
Down by the pool - There are 6 sunloungers. A wonderful large gazebo, table and chairs plus a gas barbeque. (We even provide the gas)
Sorry no pets and no smoking inside the property.
Campoamor Golf Course is about 5 minutes drive from the Villa and has a beautiful clubhouse and restaurant facilities.

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa is simply beautiful and the nicest we have rented. It’s truly a luxury villa and we where impressed on how much care you have put into the decoration plus all the small details to make it even more joyful. Outside we liked the barbeque area very much, but our favourite place was under the swimming pool cover J. The kids of course loved the pool. We will certainly consider it again when we go to Spain next time. |
