Villa Mira Mar is a new, spacious, light and airy, holiday villa tucked away on a very quiet side street within a peaceful & established residential community located on the coast of Granada. If you are looking for total luxury, comfort and relaxation, then this villa is for you. This villa was designed to be our family home, so it is extremely spacious and there are many extras including 2 large covered porches to stay cool in summer, an 11 metre long heated pool for year round use, a powerful hot tub, central air conditioning/heating & superb finishes and furnishings. Uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed from every single room. The sunrises & sunsets are picture perfect! The best place to enjoy the sunsets is from the hot tub, which has lots of jets to massage every part of your body. The hot tub can be as warm as 40 degrees, which is great for the nights when it cools off. The heated pool is child friendly as there are Roman steps and the pool can be easily closed off so parents can relax knowing their children can“t reach the pool area without them. The villa is perfect for 2 families sharing a vacation together as it can sleep up to 10 people comfortably & the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on separate floors ensuring privacy. This coast is unlike the rest of the Spanish coasts in that it is even more beautiful and it is truly unspoilt. Our guests often say this is how Costa del Sol was years ago before it was over developed. The villa is less then a 10 minute drive to the closest beach and to a good golf course. In the communal recreational area, which is less than a 5 minute walk away, there is a tennis court, football pitch, table tennis, a large pool, a small children“s pool and playground. Our guests have free access to these facilities.

The pool area looks as if it belongs to a 5 star hotel, not a private villa. The pool terrace is completely south facing, so for sun lovers there is plenty of space to soak in the rays. There is also a large terrace off of the lounge and dining area, part of which is covered. This villa is perfect for seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor living. There are balconies off of 3 of the bedrooms. 100 metres of level garden area. Guests have free access to the private, community recreation area that includes tennis court, football field, large pool, children“s pool, playground, table tennis and a kiosk selling drinks and refreshments in the summer. SURROUNDING AREA & ACTIVITIES: Salobrena, dazzling and white, in the heart of the Costa Tropical, situated on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean. It is one of the prettiest towns in southern Spain with its winding narrow streets and magnificent Moorish castle perched high on the hill. The scenery ranges from lush sugar cane, fruit plantations, rugged snow-capped mountains, coves and beaches, pine forests and almond groves. The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the nearby golf course and the various beaches spread over 19 kilometres of coastline. Opportunities for walking, climbing, water sports, golf, horse riding, hang gliding and even skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearby mountain villages await to be discovered where it seems as if time has stopped. Granada, the Moorish capital with the breathtaking Alhambra Palace and relaxing thermal spas are only 45 minutes away, Malaga 1 hr, Nerja 30 minutes, Almunecar waterpark 15 minutes. You won“t be bored here, unless you just want to sit by the pool and take in the views! The owners live in the area and provide useful information on everything from sight seeing and entertainment options to restaurant and shopping tips.
