This lovely and brightly spacious 2 bedroomed / 2 bathroomed town house has been attractively furnished throughout and features a large lounge / dinning room with patio doors leading to the rear garden, which has table, chairs and reclining furniture, and to the front leading to a patio/front garden area, again with patio table and chairs. Inside there is comfortable seating along with TV + radio stations and DVD player. The kitchen is open planned looking into the lounge/dinning area & is fully equipped. There is also a settee that converts to a comfortable bed-settee. Stairs from the lounge take you up to the master bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony area. The balcony is furnished with two reclining chairs and table. There is another twin bedded room and beautifully finished bathroom.
The property is located within a secure gated drive, with access to guests only.
There is a good size communal pool available for guest´s use and is just a few mins. walk from the apartment. There is also a pool bar which is also just two minutes walk away.
All windows are double glazed with security window and door grills/gates etc and is fitted with an alarm. Ceiling fans fitted throughout and heaters available. There is ample parking space available within the gated area of this complex and parking is directly outside the property.
The house is located in Playa Flamenca and is close to a number of blue flag sandy beaches and golf courses. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, a number of the bars have live entertainment through the summer months.
10 minutes away is Torrevieja which has a number of designer shops and during the summer a fair and a craft market in the evenings. There is a local Saturday market selling most things, which is within walking distance or a very short 2 minute journey by car.

Facilities: |
Accommodation : Two bedrooms: One double and one twin both with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, drawers and ceiling fans. Travel cot provided.
Bathroom: With bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Hairdryer provided. Kitchen: Well - equipped, fully fitted kitchen, comprising of oven and hob, fridgefreezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and board. Attachable high chair. BBQ to be found in the rear garden. Lounge / Dining Room: With three seater sofa, chair, coffee table, dining table and four chairs, Satellite Digital T V, CD / Radio cassette player (there are a couple of older CDs but please feel free to bring your own CDs), ceiling fan.
Outside Space : Rear Patio Area with dining table and four chairs. Front porch and garden area with dining table and four chairs. Balcony (off Master Bedroom) with two relaxing chairs and table. Gated road/parking area
Bed linen and towels are provided but please provide your own beach / swimming towels
AVAILABILITY: Please contact owner for availability.
We are very flexible for change over days, but minimum stay/charge is one week.
PETS: Sorry no pets.
SMOKING: We do supply ash-trays but can we ask all guests not to smoke in the house but on the outside areas only.
AIRPORT: Playa Flemenca is twenty minutes from Murcia airport and forty-five minutes drive from Alicante airport Airport pick-ups can be arranged, please ask for details.
DEPOSIT / BOOKING We would require a £50 deposit per week within seven days of your booking to confirm your dates and the balance to be paid in full six weeks before your departure date, failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. If your dates for your holiday are within the six weeks we would require the full amount within seven days. If you cancel your holiday within the six weeks, no money will be refunded. We also ask for a £50 damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay if there is no major damage and the property is not left in a dirty state.
