Description of Apartment:
‘Casita de La Paz’(Cottage of Peace) is situated on a Spanish style complex of luxury apartments which are only metres from the Atlantic Ocean and overlook the entrance to the new marina. The lush greens of the Amarilla Golf course are a minutes walk away. It is in a spectacular position. The apartment has recently been refurbished to include many luxury features including all new windows with electric shutters and a new kitchen. It has a spacious terrace, a large living area with quality furniture including a sofabed, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate bedroom with a ceiling fan where you can lie in bed and listen to the sound of the waves. The lounge is a great place to relax in the evening having a TV with English Channels BBC 1&2 ITV and Sky Sports and a DVD with a selection of DVDs. If you are in the mood for a little music there is a CD with a selection of CDs and a radio to keep you up to date with all the island news.The apartment has a spacious terrace with good quality furniture including sun beds for those lazy afternoons. During your stay, you can enjoy all the facilities that Pebble Beach has to offer including three swimming pools and of course the famous Amarilla Golf Course. Additional information about the Pebble Beech area There are numerous restaurants all within a few miles.and lots within walking distance. If you like seafood and fish then we’re sure you’ll like our favourite restaurant. A table just on the waters edge with a cool bottle of wine …..nothing better! There are a number of community owned swimming pools, some with bars and snack bars nearby.all of which you can use. We are surrounded by Golf courses, there are two Tennis clubs (guests welcome for social tennis or coaching) 15 mins drive away, as would be windsurfing , Scuba diving, horse riding, boat hire and a new bowling green. If you would like to try your hand at fishing there is a fishing rod in the apartment. The apartment is best suited for two people who are looking for a quiet location for their holiday.bThe location of the apartment is not suitable for young children Car Hire Information on this is available at Pebble Beach reception or we can recommend a good company.
