I am the owner, prepare my flat myself for each visit and meet with you when you arrive.
The flat is very well located. It is bright and sunny, and has a roof terrace with views.
Location:
The street name is "Sant Pere mes alt". This is a very beautiful street in the centre of the city, in the old town. It is VERY central AND less hectic than the rest of the centre. In relation, it is a quiet street with a neighbourhood feeling. At the end of the street there is a church square with a café.
The central location is very handy. Plaza Catalunya (the tour buses to the Gaudi sites and the airport bus leave from here) is only a 3-4 minute walk away. Also the Ramblas, the cathedral and the gothic area are here, a quick walk from the flat. And in the other direction, you have the city park and the Girona airport bus terminal, also a 5 minute walk.
To the beach it is a 15 minute stroll through the Born neighbourhood and along the old harbour. The metro line that goes to all the beaches (yellow line) stops on the corner of my street (Metro stop Plaza Urquinaona).
Being in this area of the old town is practical. But also, the street has alot of character, typical architecture and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, churches and the old market (Mercat de Santa Caterina, see picture). The street is at the upper end of the lively Born neighbourhood, but is quiet at night because there are no bars in this street.

Flat:
The flat is sunny all day long. You have a roof terrrace just above, with view of the city and a sea breeze.
The flat sleeps maximum 6 persons.
I take care to present you with a very clean flat prepared with fresh bed linen, blankets and towels, as well as everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.
There is no lift. If you mind having to use stairs, this flat may not be recommendable.
The flat has:
Double bedroom with balcony and 2 indiv. beds.
Double bedroom with window and king-size bed.
Living room opens to a balcony and to the kitchen. Sofa converts into a double bed. ADSL CONNECTION+Free local calls.
Bathroom with shower and WC, fresh towels and gels/shampoo/hair dryer...
Kitchen fully equipped with all kitchenware and cutlery, mixer, juicer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, wok, spices, oils...everything you need to cook. And washing mashine.
Roof terrace right above the flat, with views to relax, have a sun bathing session or have breakfast...
