Description of Villa:
This villa is located on green hills overlooking the Mediterranean, in an urbanisation called La Riviera. This luxurious villa is located on a mountain hill side, from which there are beautiful views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean coast. The entrance of the villa is located on the second floor, where you will also find the dining and living area with an open fire, kitchen and a bathroom. The terrace is adjoining the living room and has a wonderful view over the green hills. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom) and a large bathroom with bath. All bedrooms have a balcony, from where you can overlook the sea and the surroundings. On the ground level is a large and luxurious lounge area with a pantry and a small bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. Adjoining the lounge area is a large terrace with swimming pool and inbuilt Jacuzzi. Around the pool area are sun beds and parasols with a dining table and chairs for eating al fresco. There is also a pool bar and BBQ next to complete the perfect evening dining experience! In front of the villa is adequate parking. The interior of this villa is modern and luxurious. Should you be visiting off-season, this villa has sufficient gas heating to make even the chilliest winter night warm and cosy.

The villa is 6km away from the old fishermens village of Tossa de Mar which is a typically old Spanish fishermen village with a medieval city centre and an idyllic harbor with excellent fish restaurants to choose from. At the bottom of the mountain, which the villa is located on, you will find the renowned town of Lloret de Mar, with its lively nightlife and many beautiful shops. Lloret de Mar is famous for its broad and white sand beach. After a day in the sun, its nice to walk on the boulevard where, especially in the evening ,a lot of people gather to see and be seen. Blanes, is a famous beach resort, which is also renowned for its good fish restaurants and botanical garden, Marimutra, with more than 300 species of plants from all over the world, is not far from the villa.
