Description of Apartment: |
A new bright spacious corner two bedroom, first floor
apartment (80 square metres) on the edge of the village,
with its own large private roof terrace (80 square metres).
Cotillo Sol Apartment is ideally positioned on the edge of
the village, between the little white church and the
football ground, just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach
and only a few minutes walk to the two harbours,
restaurants, shops and bus stop.
The apartment is newly furnished to a high standard and
comfortably accommodates up to four people. Because it is a
corner apartment it is bright spacious and airy.
The apartment is comprised of two bedrooms, open plan living
room/kitchen, bathroom, two balconies and roof terrace. |

Living Room Area - Suite with table, chairs, TV, DVD,CD player (DVDs, CDs, books and board games).
Kitchen Area - cooker, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, coffee-pot, delph, cutlery, utensils, etc and the iron.
Note: The living room/kitchen area is one open area of 29 sq metres, with 2 pairs of double glass doors leading to a balcony of 10 sq metres. On this balcony there is also a table and chairs.
Main Bedroom - This bedroom is 16 sq. metres with two single beds, bedside lockers, built in wardrobes and patio doors opening to a balcony of 6 sq metres.A hairdryer is located in this bedroom.
Guest Bedroom - This bedroom is 12 sq metres with two single beds, bedside lockers and built in wardrobes.
Bathroom - The bathroom is 7 sq metres with bath/shower, wc, bidet, automatic washing machine and ironing board.
Sun Roof - The sunroof is 80 sq metres with four sun loungers, a table, 6 chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and outdoor shower.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings for all time periods considered.
