At 500 metres to a beautiful sea front and large sandy beach, 2 swimming pools, tennis court and large beautiful gardens. Nice views to gardens, mountains and sea. 24 hours reception, security guard. 5 minutes drive to Malaga Airport.
The studio has a double bed and double sofa-bed, satellite TV, dinnig area with table and 4 seats. Public telephone in reception and telephone in the studio where you can receive calls (but not made them). Air Coditioning.
New fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven/hob,fridge-freezer, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, washing machine.
A complete bathroom with bath and shower, mirror and unit cabinet.
It is situated close to Playamar Beach (500 metres) and 15 minute walk to Torremolinos Town Centre. There is a taxi rank outside the building, bus stop and railway station.
There shops, supermarket, restaurant, coffee shops, bars, hairdresser and a big saloon-bar with weekly dance.
