Description of Townhouse:
Spacious 3 bedroom property on 2 levels, self contained and with dedicated secure parking for 1 car. The lower floor contains 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The small garden area is accessible only from the master bedroom. On the upper floor at entrance level is a further third bedroom with toilet opposite. The fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine, hob, oven and fridge freezer, LPG water heater. The kitchen leads on to the upper terrace, as does the spacious lounge / dining area which has wide patio doors affording magnificent views of the Marina entrance and the Mediterranean coast. Ideal for a special holiday either for couples or a family, as the beach is genuinely only 2 minutes walk away. The marina offers facilities for relaxing evenings with several excellent restaurants, but does not have a frantic nightlife. Padi Sub Aqua training centres in Marina. Malaga Airport 80kms. Marina Del Este is situated some 12 kms from Nerja, and 5kms from to the town of Almuñecar. A car is essential both for day to day shopping and further exploration of the adjacent coastal resorts, such as Herradura and Almunecar, which offer a larger choice of restaurants and shops. Granada and the Alhambra palace are only 60 mins and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada 90 mins distant. The Costa Tropical perhaps less well known than other regions is particularly beautiful and worth investigating. The adjacent pebbly beach is within a short walking distance and as well as swimming and snorkelling, there is a local beach restaurant for refreshments and good food.This is so popular that it is advisable to book at weekends. Within 5 mins driving distance towards Herradura there is a local Club/Restaurant, La Club Terraza, which allows vistors to use their pleasant swimming pool provided they partake of a drink or two at the club bar. Also in Almuñecar there is a water park, ideal for a day out with the children.
