Airconditioned Townhouse which is very tastefully decorated, all mod cons, is located in the lovely area of La Fustera 3km from Calpe.
Description of Townhouse:
The living/dining area has two sets of patio doors which lead out to the private back garden/sun terrace. There is ample garden furniture for your enjoyment of "outdoor living". We have the use of two shared pools and a tennis court. As of Sept 07 we now have a new Sky TV package installed with, ITV 1 & 2, BBC 1 & 2, Channels 4 & 5, Sky One, , Sky sports 1 & 2, Sky movies 1,2 & 3, Discovery, History, Living, UK Gold, Nickelodeon, Vh1, Eurosport and many of the free channels. We also have DVDs, Cds, and games for your entertainment. There are two bedrooms, one twin room and a master double bedroom with patio doors leading out to a small verandah. There is aircon in BOTH BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING/DINING AREA and we also have ceiling fans. The kitchen is very well equipped with full sized cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, orange juicer, etc etc. The bathroom is fitted with full sized bath, shower over the bath, bidet, WC, vanity unit, and we do supply 2 hairdryers. The Shower Room downstairs is fitted with shower, WC and small wash hand basin. This is new of Jan 07. There is a safe fitted for your security and a baby gate at the top of the stairs for your safety. This is strictly a non smoking house. OUR HOUSE IS KEPT TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD, AS WE ALSO USE IT FOR OUR OWN HOLIDAYS. PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO GIVE US A CALL WITH NO OBLIGATION, TO FIND OUR MORE. Facilities:
TV/SKY, DVD player, CD player,a very good selection of DVDs & and a small selection of CDs, books and games. Private back garden/sun terrace. Car hire is recommended, there is a garage next to the house for your use. We do have a sheet of detailed directions from Alicante airport to the house. There is a bed settee which can sleep an additional two people, but this is by special arrangement with the owners. There are sea views from twin bedroom and master bedroom verandah. We now have a cane suite in the "Niya" ( the covered area at the back of the house) a bit more comfortable for sitting with your bottle of wine relaxing in an evening. This is in addition to the garden furniture we already have.
