right in the centre of stunning vejer and 10 minutes from spectacular unspoilt beaches, this newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom classic white andalucian town house has been restorred to a high standard. It combines old and traditional features -wooden beams, tiles, and shutters- with newly built modern kitchen and bathrroms. The house comprises: -large terrace ( 28 ft by 12 ft) with spectacular views over this pretty white town and surrounding hillsides -fully equipt kitchen/diner -master bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and bath -twin bedroom with en suite bathroom -large lounge which opens out onto the terrace and views- and converts to 3rd bedroom with 2 sofa beds -separate washing machine room -use of shared courtyard -parking directly outside the house- rare in vejer! Situation: Vejer, one of andalucias most spectacular white towns is perched 200 metres high on a hilltop overlooking surrounding countryside and coast where activities such as hiking, horse riding, golf, kite surfing, sailing and whale and dolphin watching can be enjoyed. The house is on a quiet cobbled street in the centre of the town – 2 minutes from the market, all amenities, restaurants, and bars. It is also a 10 minute drive from the unspoilt local beach of El Palmar – a15 kilometre stretch of white sand. Nearby beaches include BOLONIA (famous for its roman ruins), TARIFA and CONIL. Vejer also has some of the most renowned and avant garde restaurants such as RESTAURANTE TRAFALGAR where local fish dishes can be savoured. GETTING THERE. See attached map. Vejer de la frontera is on the main 340 highway between MALAGA and CADIZ- it is clearly signed off the main road from both directions. FLIGHTS Stanstead – Jerez (ryan air)- jerez is approximately a 40 minute drive to vejer. Gatwick- Gibraltar (BA)- approximatlely one hour drive to vejer. CAR HIRE- I always use CARJET through the internet and they have always been cheap but reliable- they meet you off the plane. BOOKING NOTES A 50% deposit is payable upon booking. This needs to be made payable to AMANDA MURPHY. Mailing address will be emailed upon once booking date is established. The other 50% is payable upon arrival in vejer de la frontera at the estate agent office of LA COBIJADA- in plaza espana where keys can be picked up. A 100 euro deposit is to be left during your stay, fully refundable on return of keys should there be no breakages in the house. Cancellation: the deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled with 28 days notice. Less than 28 days notice, there will be no refund. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
