Brand new 3 bedroom house in a traditional Spanish town on the side of the Mar Menor in Murcia.
This luxury complex has its own beautifully maintained pool, and is located just 15 minutes stroll from the popular promenade and blue flag beach of Santiago de la Ribera. The town is ideally situated for the many golf clubs in this area, including, La Manga Club, Roda Golf, Mar Menor Golf, Polaris World and Villamartin. In the town of Santiago you will find supermarkets, various shops, chemists, banks and a variety of bars and restaurants.
The location is 5 minutes from Murcia airport and 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The villa is very comfortably furnished and has air conditioning throughout. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bath-rooms. It is furnished and fitted for 6-7 persons.
All the houses in this luxury complex are next to the pool which has a separate childrens section.
The area is located close to farming areas with orange and lemon plantations and is ideal for walking and cycling.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms. 1 with double bed and bedside tables. This main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and sliding double doors out to a private terrace overlooking the pool.

Kitchen: Ceramic Hob with 4 electric hotplates, oven, two section fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave,etc. The kitchen is also fitted with a breakfast bar and 4 stools.
General: Complete dining service, coffee service cutlery, glasses, pots/pans. Iron & ironing-board, hoover, hairdryer. Duvets to all beds, bed sheets, bath and hand towels.
Utility Room: Washing machine, sink and hot water boiler are housed outside the kitchen.
Outdoors: Tiled patio areas to both sides of house. In the rear is a private parking area with remote controlled roller gate. At the front there is a patio with garden furniture, parasol and sunbeds. |
